You might not know it, but Limelight Marketing has been around the block… a few times. We’ve been helping businesses achieve their marketing goals for over a decade now! We know, we can’t believe it either! In celebration, we decided to ask some of our clients who have been with us since the beginning to reflect on their growth and their relationship with Limelight. This was a gushy, nostalgic moment for us, looking back on what we’ve accomplished and how things have changed; but it was also an opportunity to take a look at ourselves and what we should improve as we move forward.

Limelight Client for 10 Years

Lori has been around the block as well, quite literally. She’s been a Realtor in Minnesota for 30 years now, which means that about 20 of those years were spent without Limelight by her side. This is why we thought she’d be a perfect client to ask a few questions.

  • Can you remember what prompted you to give Limelight Marketing Systems a shot?

“I was trying to find a way to get all of my contacts organized. I had been in the business for a long time, but for whatever reason, I still didn’t have a system in place. Limelight certainly helped me with that.”

  • In what ways has your business grown over the last 10 years?

“The first thing that comes to mind is repeat customers. I wasn’t retaining my clients as well as I’d have liked to, but that has since changed for the better.”

  • Do you believe Limelight was a part of that success, and how?

“I do. Consistency is key in my business and having a way to reach out or keep in touch with my clients has been very beneficial to me. Limelight has accomplished that with an effective monthly newsletter, which I rarely if ever, get negative feedback on.”

  • What has made you stick with Limelight for so long?

“Those repeat customers and the referrals that come with them. When I find something that works for me, I don’t change it, I stick with it.”
