We can’t be rushed, good work needs time, and great work needs at least 48 hours to turn around (not including setup time – which can take up two weeks.)

When you communicate with just one person, we might not all have the full picture. That means less backup for your project, and honestly, nobody wants to be the person who missed a crucial detail. So, let’s keep everything in Slack—yes, all of it. If you’ve got a request, share it in the right tab so the whole team has eyes on it. Trust us, your project will be much better for it. Plus, Slack is where the magic happens (minus the wand-waving). Let’s keep it transparent and avoid the “but I told Bob” scenario—Bob might be busy and can’t help if he doesn’t know!

If you don’t tell us what you want, we won’t know! Clear communication is key to getting the best results, so don’t be afraid to speak up.
How We Roll
We’re Project-Based
We provide unique strategic and practical solutions to each client. We work for your success either on a one-time project or in longer-term monthly recurring projects based on the individual requirements of your business. You are billed for each project. We provide a pre-defined set of deliverables tailored to your specific needs. The scope of work, timeline, and the associated costs are outlined in a proposal for the project —both recurring projects and special projects such as Marketing Team Support before work begins. You will know exactly how long and how much it will take to achieve your desired results.
No Contracts. Period.
We’re not into trapping people in contracts. That whole “sign your life away” thing isn’t our style. If you want to split, we make it simple: just give us a 30-day notice via email.
This gives us enough time to hand everything back to you with a neat little bow on top. We’ll do a virtual handshake and part as friends. And if we ever feel we’re not the right fit for you, we’ll give you the exact same courtesy. Easy peasy.

A robust marketing strategy considers present and future needs, encompassing activities to drive short-, medium-, and long-term business growth. While endeavors like email marketing, a social media presence, and website development may not yield immediate revenue, they are essential for establishing an online presence and reputation. Boundaries
Extra Edits Aren’t Freebies
We love making your vision a reality; however, if we find ourselves doing a revision tango beyond two changes, a little extra charge may kick in (based on our rate of $60/hour). Don’t fret—if we cross into extra territory, you’ll be the first to know! Admin requests, small fixes—they all take time. We’ll let a few things slide, but please understand that we’re running a business, not a charity. Fair’s fair, right?
Timeliness is Key
We’re not superheroes, despite what you may have heard. If you’re planning a monthly email campaign with us, please don’t give us one day’s notice. We’ll do our best, but when you ask us to pull off magic tricks in 24 hours, we might disappoint. Let’s give each other some time to make it awesome.
We’re Not Magicians
We’re good, but we’re not wizards. Marketing takes time, strategy, and collaboration. If you’re looking for overnight success, we might not be the right fit.

We Protect your Proprietary Information
Our stuff is our stuff and your stuff is your stuff. For us to handle your marketing for you, we are going to ask that you provide us with client lists, logins, passwords, and other stuff that is super important to you. We want you to know that we will keep that information safe and secure. We will never sell it or share it with anyone.
Our Billing Philosophy
We Get Paid for Our Time (Just Like You!)
To protect the time and resources we invest in every project, we require payment upfront before any work begins. This ensures we can dedicate our full attention to delivering the high-quality results your business deserves.
Onboarding & Setup
When you partner with us, we immediately begin the process of integrating you into our systems. This initial setup involves time and resources. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for cancellations once this process has begun.
Account Management Fee
For our clients who use more than one of our services, we charge a monthly account management fee of $120. This fee covers the administrative time and strategic oversight required to ensure all your services are running smoothly and in sync.
Art File Policy
Limelight provides all final deliverables in standard, ready-to-use formats (e.g., PDF, JPG, PNG, MP4).
Editable or working files (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign files) remain the property of Limelight unless otherwise agreed upon.
If you require ownership or access to working files for future internal use, these can be licensed or transferred for an additional fee. Pricing varies depending on project scope and file type.
