Meet Katharine
Katharine's marketing journey began in graphic design and photography in London. She was so good at it that she decided she could even teach it! Hopefully, she can show us writers a trick or two about design. She jumped the pond to Portland in 2016 and got her masters in Applied Craft + Design. That's when she helped build an education-focused e-commerce brand into a known leader in the craft world. Daannggg. The girl's got chops!
Katharine lives with her husband, Chris, and their naughty but cute little French Bulldog, Eddie. You'd have to literally travel around the world if you wanted to visit Katharine and Chris' families. She's got parents in England, a sister in Scotland, and a brother in New Zealand. Chris also has family in North Carolina, El Salvador, and Puerto Rico.
Katharine doesn't just dabble in anything. When she finds something she likes, she's all in. Those somethings include:
- Apparel obsessive
- Home sewist
- Lover of lists (you're welcome for the formatting, Katharine)
- A 'not bad' photographer (see also: humble)
- Pattern person
- Bad rock climber
- Better hiker
- New softball player (but she hits dingers already)
Katharine says her favorite part of working with Limelight so far is the variety of clients she gets to work with. Whatever the client, we know she's going to continue to knock it out of the park!
