It’s Passover, the holiday where we trade our favorite sourdough for eight days of “the bread of affliction” (also known as fancy cardboard). 🥨 Whether you’re a pro at reciting the Four Questions or you’re just there for the charoset and the hidden Afikomen, we hope your Seder is faster than a chariot race in The Prince of Egypt. 🌊 

May your matzah be crunchy and your wine glasses stay full. Next year in Jerusalem or at least somewhere with a better gluten-free menu! 🕍
