Today we celebrate all the leaders who have dedicated their time, talents, and tenacity to shaping this wonderful nation. We celebrate the ideals and values that have molded this country and have guided each unique leader.

Happy Presidents’ Day! A huge thank-you to every president who gave it his all– even the terrible ones (looking at you, James Buchanan)– to make this wonderful country all that it is today. Thanks to your historic sacrifices your fellow Americans get a three-day weekend to stay home, watch Netflix, and order UberEats like a dang patriot. 

Here’s to the gift of freedom and the knowledge that however fraught the political sphere, at least we don’t have a king!
