No matter if you’re a Limelight client, thinking about partnering with Limelight (you know you want to), or working with another company altogether, we’ve compiled a list of best practices for working with your marketing team. Why? By understanding how we work, which may differ from what you’re used to in your industry, you’ll gain a better understanding of our workflow and processes, and be able to communicate with your team members more effectively. Give us the benefit of the doubt!

We’re all humans going through a human experience! My dad always told me growing up, before jumping to an assumption you should “question but verify”. Before escalating the situation, if you notice something isn’t what you expected, check with your team! Nine out of ten times, discrepancies are due to misunderstandings or glitches. As much as we all pretend to be, nobody is perfect! No matter what the issue is, there is always a solution, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services at all times. Remember, we are trained professionals and work with hundreds of businesses in many different industries. We have seen a lot! (Old guy yelling at clouds) Even if we don’t have an immediate solution to a unicorn problem, we have the resources to find one!

We don’t make recommendations just to sell you on a service. (experience with shady auto shops anyone?) When people come to us, they expect us to analyze their marketing situation and determine what would be their best strategy. In the end, we are still people. We get stressed, nervous, hungry, (a lot) excited, (about pizza) we like to dance, (terribly) and we binge tv series. What we do not do is respond with profanity, USE ALL CAPS with twenty exclamation points, or be plain rude. We pride ourselves on being a safe place for collaboration and innovation and regardless of the situation, we will ALWAYS (sorry about the caps) treat you with the utmost respect and professionalism.
